Eligibility: To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
Hygiene stickers must remain intact.
Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any relevant information. Our team will guide you through the process, including providing you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Exchange: We currently do not offer exchanges for women's underwear. If you wish to replace an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
